Complimentary to all members. We offer 21 Bootcamp classes per week.
The group training sessions are designed for all levels and ages and are guaranteed to be fun, high energy and results driven.
Bootcamps contain a mixture of strength and core training to activate your cardiovascular system by increasing active work out time and reducing rest periods.
Monday – Friday:
6:15 – 7:00am / 12:45 – 1:30pm / 7:15 – 8:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30am – 10:15am
Saturday: 9:00 – 9:45am
Sunday: 10:00 – 10:45am / 5:00 – 5:45pm

Whether it’s raining or shine the class will ALWAYS take place! We work inside and outside the gym. MurrayMums is taken by one of the GymVision directors Francesca. As a mum of two young children, Francesca founded the class in Jan 2012. MurrayMums is designed for all new mums and suits all fitness levels.
